Our entire workflow is designed with your faith-based project in mind, and assisting you any way we can during your project.
We can accept video files in most any format including, but not limited to, BRAW, RED, & ProRES. ProRES is our preferred format. Videos shot in log format can also be accepted.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding your video file format, please feel free to contact us, or send us a short sample (10-15 seconds) and we will advise.
Let me make mention here, that most of the below, will depend on:
1) you having access to a relatively high-speed internet connection
2) providing us with your full script in advance
3) providing us with your shot notes for all related video/audio files on a daily basis
During the filming stage of your project, if you wish, you can send your video and audio files daily. We can set aside a hard-drive on our side, waiting on your uploads.
We utilize Blip, DropBox, and our own FTP server. We can begin transcoding your files (if needed) within 24-48 hours normally. Limited editing can sometimes be done with the edits returned to you, using the same file transport method, or utilizing frame.io for multi-person collaboration.
As editing progresses, all scenes are placed into a private project on frame.io. This gives you (and your team) the ability to make notes (down to the frame level), the ability to draw on the screen to point out any errors, and to give your final approval on each scene.
